Small Group Director Forum:

Each year Pastors/Directors of Small Group Ministry in the New England area gather in November to discuss the “burning issues” of leading healthy small groups. These topics cover numerous procedures and concepts that govern group process and management. Time is spent wisely in brainstorming with one another over ministry strengths and weaknesses; what works well, what does not. The day becomes a time of encouragement. Participants go away with new and productive ideas and enthusiasm to implement creative resources for stronger community within their church family. Dr. Diana Bennett serves as Consultant for Small Group Training for Leadership Transformations, Inc. in partnership with Vision New England, a New England Ministry that comes along side of churches helping to equip and encourage ministries and leaders through consultations and leadership training. Dr. Bennett received her Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has led groups and trained leaders for the past 20 years.
